| If you do not see the NetMeeting program opposite you will be requested to install it. You can go to the NetMeeting Install page for further instructions. To Make a Call To make a call your pc must already be connected to the Internet. Connect to PC-KING by entering the IP address provided to you e.g. 81.128.xxx.xxx . Enter the IP number in the IP Address field and click on the Phone icon to make a call. Once in a call, proceed below to share your desktop. Desktop Sharing On the NetMeeting main window click the Share button as circled in red 
The pop-up window lists all the applications currently running on your computer. Select the Desktop as the program you want to share and click the Share button, which is greyed out in the figure opposite because it has been clicked, thus the program is being shared. Next, click on the Allow Control button and then Close. You will then receive a pop up message to allow PC-KING to take control, select Accept. You can take back control at any time by either pushing the Esc key or by changing the program share setting Unshare or Unshare All button. |
